To refer a participant, either fill out the form below and we will contact them directly, or your referred participant must list your first and last name on their enrollment form for the referral stipend to be paid.

Referral Qualification:

• Your referral person must be new and not in our existing contact list and must participate in a research study in order for you to receive the referral payment.

• You may not advertise or make any general solicitations for individuals to participate in a study.

• Eligibility for the referral program will be determined by PRL.
